1. Service Description

Tuesday AI is an AI-powered chat service that provides:

AI-powered conversations with token-based usage
Multiple AI models access
Chat history storage (optional)
Document and image support (under development)
Image generation capabilities (under development)
MCP server integration (may be available, not confirmed)

Important: Features marked as "under development" or "coming soon" may or may not be implemented. We are working to improve our services but cannot guarantee availability of future features.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All payments are completely non-refundable. Once you purchase a plan, you cannot get your money back under any circumstances.

Updated Payment Terms:

All plans are prepaid and require manual renewal each month
Not a recurring subscription - you must manually renew
Plans include both tokens and chats with different enforcement rules
Chat limits: Block new chat creation when exceeded
Token limits: Tracked for analytics, never block usage
No partial refunds or pro-rated credits
Payments processed through Razorpay (secure payment gateway)
Prices displayed in Indian Rupees (₹)

New Model Example: If you exhaust your chat limit but have tokens remaining, you can continue using existing chats but cannot create new ones. Token usage is tracked but won't interrupt your experience.

Token and chat limits as per your subscription plan
Service availability depends on third-party AI providers

Response times and availability are not guaranteed

5. Service Availability and Disclaimers

Service Availability:

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability
Maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt service
Third-party dependencies may affect service availability
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

AI Response Disclaimers:

AI responses are generated and may contain errors
We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
Users should verify important information independently
AI responses do not constitute professional advice

Tuesday AI is continuously evolving. While we maintain high standards, bugs and errors may occur in both development and production environments. No refunds will be provided for service interruptions or technical issues.

8. Legal Terms and Liability

Limitation of Liability:

Fasten AI and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Updated Subscription Model

How Our New Subscription Model Works

We've updated our subscription model to provide a better user experience while maintaining fair usage.

🚫 Chat Limits (Blocking)

• Blocks creation of new chats when limit reached
• Existing chats can continue if tokens are available
• Must upgrade subscription to create new chats
• Both limits exhausted = complete block

📊 Token Limits (Analytics Only)

• Never blocks your usage
• Tracked for analytics and billing purposes
• Fallback to 20 tokens if tracking fails
• Provides smooth user experience

Example Scenarios:

Chat limit exceeded, tokens available: Can continue existing chats but can't create new ones

Token limit exceeded, chats available: Can create and use chats normally (tokens tracked but don't block)

Both limits exceeded: Cannot create new chats or continue existing ones - must upgrade
