Our subscription model provides clear usage limits while maintaining a smooth user experience.
CHAT LIMITS (Usage Blocking)

TOKEN LIMITS (Analytics Only)
- • Tracked for analytics and monitoring only
- • Do NOT block your ability to use the service
- • Provides smooth, uninterrupted experience
Example Scenarios (NO REFUNDS):
- You have 0 chats remaining but unlimited token usage → No refund, must upgrade for new chats
- You have 50 chats left when your plan expires → No refund or extension
- You upgrade mid-cycle → No refund for remaining time on previous plan
- You reach token limits but can still chat → No refund, tokens are for analytics only
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway. Once a payment is completed:
- The transaction is final and cannot be reversed
- Your subscription becomes active immediately
- Chats and tokens are credited to your account with new enforcement rules
- No cancellation period or cooling-off period applies
While we strive to maintain high service availability, no refunds will be provided for:
- Temporary service outages or maintenance
- Internet connectivity issues on your end
- Browser compatibility problems
- Regional access restrictions
- Third-party AI model availability issues
- Subscription model changes or improvements
Some features are marked as "coming soon" or "under development." No refunds will be provided if these features are delayed, modified, or ultimately not implemented.
